Nichola Ludlam-Raine, BSc PGDip MSc, RD

Nichola has a First Class Honours degree in BSc Sport & Exercise Science from Loughborough University in 2007, she then specialised in nutrition by gaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics (Merit) from Leeds Metropolitan University to become a Registered Dietitian in 2009. Since qualifying, she has achieved my MSc in Health Science (Merit) and is also a certified diabetes educator and content creator with over 130k followers.

She is also one of the founding dieticians of the UK strand of RDs4Disclosure, promoting ethical and transparent blogging, and co-founded The NutriTribe in 2020 which helps and support students as well as newly qualified dieticians and nutritionists - there is over 1500 members in the private Facebook group.
